Our company utilizes the HomeGaugeTM inspection software, the best on the market. Our home inspection report includes the condition of the home’s heating system, central air conditioning system (weather permitting), interior plumbing and electrical; the roof, attic, and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement, and visible structure and overall safety of the home as well as provide you with any recommended corrective actions that should be taken. Our reports will be emailed directly to you as well as your realtor and attorney. We will also provide you free of charge at the end of each inspection, a 120-page book that will teach you everything you will need to know about your home, how to keep it maintained and save energy.

Earth Safe Environmental can run portable power to the entire home and verify that all electric branches are working properly.

No Water – No Problem

Earth Safe Environmental can turn on the water and if required, drain the system and winterize the building after completion.
